• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please click on this link to complete our Return Merchandise Authorization Form and obtain a Return Authorization Number. We do not give authorizations over the phone.

• This must be done within 48 hours.

• Please follow the instructions. We will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product.

• You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Within 15 days of receipt of your order any item except electrical, electronic, or ignition in original working condition with no visible or otherwise wear and tear can be returned (MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL OEM PACKAGING) for either:

• A refund less 20 percent restocking fee and less the shipping charges for parts or

• A full in-store credit less the shipping charges for parts.

• Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

• Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier. Tohatsu-Nissan-Parts.com is not responsible for lost returns.

• Please allow 4 weeks for domestic (US) returns to be processed, or 4 to 6 weeks for international returns.

• If you do not receive credit for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that Tohatsu-Nissan-Parts.com has received the package, please notify CompanyEmail as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number in your message.
